About

Repair knowledge for every machine in the hospital

BenchMedic Academy publishes practical, vendor-neutral e-books and short courses on the theory and practice of repairing hospital equipment. Our readers are biomedical technicians, clinical engineering teams, independent service engineers and students preparing to enter the field.

Language: all BenchMedic titles are written and published in English only. Translated versions of this website are provided for convenience; the e-books themselves are not translated.

Why we exist

Most hospital equipment faults are not exotic. What separates a quick fix from days of swapping parts is understanding how the equipment works and a method to find the fault. That knowledge usually takes years on the job — or a manufacturer course for each brand. We put it in clear, illustrated, affordable form.

How our titles are written

Important

Our content is educational. It does not replace manufacturer documentation, training or the regulations that apply where you work. Internal work on medical equipment must only be carried out by trained and authorised personnel.
